In Japan, the Group acquires and directly operates hotels, office buildings, and long-term rental apartments in core cities such as Tokyo and Osaka through its Tokyo entity. In Beijing, the Group operates property assets in the Haidian District through its Beijing entity, providing quality office and residential spaces for tenants.

The business follows an "acquire — operate — appreciate" core logic, emphasizing long-term property value and stable cash flow returns while enhancing asset yields through refined operations management.

Japan Real Estate Investment

The Group's real estate portfolio in Japan focuses on core areas in Tokyo, Osaka, and surrounding regions, with asset types spanning hotels, office buildings, and long-term rental apartments:
